Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The article is completely designed according to the rules given in the template using styles
  • The article file is a Microsoft Word document. External review in PDF format.

Author Guidelines

The articles submitted to the editors of the journal " Electrical engineering and power engineering" should be unpublished earlier and should not be considered for publication in other journals. Articles should not contain trivial and obvious results, draw unreasonable conclusions and repeat the conclusions of already published studies.

The articles are accepted in English, Russian and Ukrainian. The English version of the article is submitted to the editorial office with translation into Russian or Ukrainian and must be made separately from the version of the original article.

The volume of the article should be at least 7 and not more than 12 pages. The number of authors of the article should not exceed 5 people.

I. Submission of an article for publication to the editorial office of the journal is carried out by official site tools ( Make a submission) and should contain the following documents:

1. An article prepared in accordance with the requirements of the editorial office of the journal. The structure of the article and the rules of registration are given in a special template. Edit your work in the template itself according to the example given, using the appropriate design styles. The authors do not execute the corrections in the headers or footers.

2. A review signed by the doctor of sciences, with the seal of the organization certifying his signature (scanned document in PDF format).

3. Information about authors (only for citizens of Ukraine) in Russian Ukrainian and English, containing the title of the article, as well as for each author: full name, full name, academic degree, academic title, position, place of work, postal address Place of work, e-mail address, work, mobile phones, ORCID number, and also indicate with whom to correspond. II. Internal review. After receiving a package of documents in electronic form, the article is sent to internal review. The article is two-stage closed (anonymous for the author) review by staff editors and independent reviewers - leading scientists on the profile of the journal. If there is a discrepancy between the submitted article and the comments of editors and reviewers, the editors send the authors an article for revision.

After that, the author submits an updated version of the article to the editorial office, as well as answers to the comments of reviewers.

The term of the review can take from 1 week to 2 months.

III. In the case of a positive response to the review, the author provides a package of original documents (an article corresponding to the electronic version with the signatures of all authors, review, expert opinion) to the editorial office by mail or in person.

Articles that do not meet the specified requirements are not accepted for consideration.

Submiting the article to the journal, authors hereby assume full responsibility for the copyright compliance of other individuals and organizations, the accuracy of citations, data and illustrations, nondisclosure of state and industrial secrets, express their consent to transfer for free to the publisher the right to publish, to translate into foreign languages, to store and to distribute the article materials in any form. Authors who have scientific degrees, submiting the article in the journal, thereby giving their consent to free act as reviewers of other authors articles at the request of the journal editor within the established deadlines.

Privacy Statement

The names and email addresses of users enter the website of the journal will be used exclusively to internal technical objectives of this journal; they will not be extended and transferred to third parties.
