Electric drive of radar antenna rotation

The authors show the possibility of using an induction motor with a squirrel cage rotor for rotating the radar antenna at different speed in the range from zero to twice the nominal speed, as well as for scanning, positioning and synchronous rotation of two radar stations antennas.References
